I had the privilege to witness some royal tern breeding behavior this weekend.

Great job catching these courtship and mating behaviors! To me, this is what bird photography is all about. Beautiful captures. Please post more.

thank you so much for all the comments it was very interesting to sit and watch them. It was a fairly small colony ,hopefully over the next few weeks their numbers will grow. I assume if they are breeding here they will raise their young here?
