First Studio Portraits

so this was my first studio shoot. A coworker volunteered to be my victim. I picked a few that I really liked and would love some feed back on the lighting and post processing.

I like #2 the best. A rim light for the hair would have been nice and set her apart from the background.

The lighting on the face is good but most definitely need something to hit the hair with a little light her head is being lost in the background.

In the first picture the eyes are missing highlights, did you edit them out?

Skin tones were a bit off on these, too yellow/greenish in my book. The third one definitely had a plastic skin touch-up look, but that's a skill we all have struggled with at times. In the first one I would've used a reflector or something to help fill in that side of the face more, and the eyes needed some catchlights, they kind of disappeared.

yeah i edited the lights out on the first one. ill post it again with the lights in it. ill see what i can do abotu skin on 3 and repost as well when i get home

#2 is my fav, plenty of hair detail, awesome smile and look in the eyes :)
She is just glowing
