Do your worst, I can already see I have a finger in the photo. I love the image though so I want to really touch it up so I can add it to my archive, thanks

I wouldn't want to toss this shot either! Since you said 'do your worst', here goes : the elbow in the top left is really distracting, but it'd be really hard to crop out without sacrificing some of the skull which I'm sure you don't want to do. You can crop out the finger easy enough so don't even worry about that. Next up, all of the legs in the background are really distracting. Maybe you could take this shot to Photoshop and try selecting only the man in foreground and what he's holding, leave him alone but try softening and darkening all of the legs and feet. High sun + hats = impossible proper exposure on faces so best of luck working that out if you even attempt to. It doesn't look that bad the way it is, but it's noticeable. If you come across this shot again I'd recommend having your aperture about four times wider and your shutter speed faster to compensate for the aperture. A shallower DOF would've made this picture a lot better IMO.

Side note, it's interesting where that hand is at :)

Maybe use the leg behind the elbow to clone out the elbow?
