Help IDing this Hawk

I can't determine if it is a cooper hawk or a sharp-shinned hawk. I am sorry he is behind some limbs, but you take what you can get. Appreicate any help with the ID.

Do you have a idea of the size of the bird (hard to gage scale from the photos)? Cooper's Hawk is larger than the Sharp-shinned (bird guide states that the Cooper's is 15.5 inches tall versus 10.5 for the Sharped-shinned).

Looks like a Coopers to me. Note the darker feathers on it's head showing a capped appearance and the rounded tail.

Thank you everyone for responding. I think it is closer to 15 inches. So Cooper Hawk it is.
