There's the problem. Most places that process film (developing is a process of making a print from film) make their prints digitally either from digital files or scanning film into a digital file to then make the print. If you do find a lab that prints optically from film, prints will be expensive.

I have run into the same problem. I recommend sending it to NCPS. Way cheaper than most of all developers online and they use high quality equipment.
I do not recommend them. The one time I tried them, film came back ruined. Chemical burns running down the film. They are careless. Since then I've used A&I out of California, but I think they are offering fewer film services now.
