Hi there! :(

I have a Sandisk 16GB that have become unreadable.. :( It says it is not formatted but I have a couple of sessions worth in it! :( 1 I can reshoot and the other 3 I cannot! :(

I've been running Rescue Pro on it for several hours now.. It is still scanning and so far showing 0% done! :( I am feeling hopeless..

Specially that it has an Estimated time remaining of 250610 minutes!!! whoa! I keep assuming that the estimate is going to go down as it is "calculating" but it's been 5 hours now and not much have changed..

Anybody experienced similar with Rescue Pro?

I've also tried another program Photorec but no luck either.

Thanks in advance!

T

Have you accidentally set it to scan your hard drive instead of the card? It's been many years since I used my copy & it did a great job in a reasonable time. Also be sure you have lots of available hard drive space for it to do it's thing.

Would appreciate any help !!
So I see all the files I need! Oh my goodness I Want to cry!! This rescuepro is good!
So the trial only retrieves the first 25 files .. So I bought the software for $40! But now, to activate it is asking for a Serial Number of my Sandisk!

I do NOT have the packaging and the serial# is not in the card itself!! grrrrr.. :( Now, I can't activate.. :( This is so backwards... I have my subscription paid why is it asking for a serial# of the product? :(

You might find the serial number etched on the edge of the card...

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Thanks Joseph,
The number on the card is quite short.. .I read somewhere that's just a batch number, not the serial.. :(

Normally when you buy on line the license code (serial number etc) is in the download email they send you. If you didn't get it check your SPAM folder.
