Ooooo well apparently the text translates to something like "Beauty lies not in objects, but in the interaction between the shadow and light created by objects."

Interactions between light and dark....hmmmm.....it is either:

a) new rebel available in light and dark colours
b) new printer that only prints in black and white
c) new sensor tech that allows us to resolve more interactions between light and dark (a roundabout way of saying more dynamic range)...wishful thinking I know.

"but in the interaction between the shadow and light created by objects." Wow! They've clearly refined the banding algorithm. "Beauty lies not in objects," is an obvious reference that objects obscured by their banding algorithm will no longer be recognizable. This is fantastic news.

If they've managed to develop a pure-carbon inkset that's more neutral than Piezography (even better, completely neutral) while retaining the ability to print on glossy, I wouldn't mind B either...

a lens converter that makes canon lenses fit on nikon cameras.
this would be their best strategic move in 5 years.

It's a 50MP sensor with 15 stops of DR and 1M ISO.
Apparently Canon is throwing in all their delayed innovations from the past 5 years...

Think new Canon lenses are overpriced? Lots (and lots) of data will set you free!
