so i just bought this...figured if there was something wrong, i could deal with it after

link removed

is there something i'm missing here(i know it's not sold directly thru amazon)? i've seen it on amazon, and here for $75...so this one is quite a bit cheaper

Let's just hope what you get comes with a valid serial number, otherwise you'll still have to buy it.

well i got an email from the seller, saying he's a computer software student, and that it's using a way to avoid the registration key...so i've canceled my order

You should report that to Adobe and/or Amazon. The anti-piracy folks would be interested in it as well.


If steroids are illegal for athletes, should PS be illegal for models?

+1. Selling cracked software on Amazon. The kid should know better. Whoever buys it thinking it's legit is gonna get screwed if they ever need any support from Adobe, or if they decide to upgrade.

Some could be legit. If I remember correctly a deal a while back was if you bought this and that you get LR for free.

But that person answering like that is pirated software.

i'm wondering if they were able to read the emails in the first place...i responded back that i was looking for a legitimate software, and if i wanted a bootleg version i could download a torrent...

the order was canceled right away, and then it was no longer available on amazon

i'm not out to screw over some kid trying to sell pirated software...i downloaded a few songs from napster back in my college days myself...
