Thanks. I know of 5 pairs of Tawnies within a few klm of where I live. I'm sure there are more.
They can be very difficult to spot.

This one took a bit of looking to find (they usually roost in a fairly limited area. This one has a roosting range of about 50m x 30m)

Finally managed to get a halfway decent shot of a male red-backed fairywren. They are always so elusive and fast!! :-)
