That's a sweet little bird. Demure comes to mind if it can be used on a bird :lol:

Lovely photo of it. Nicely composed. Must have been down low.

Not good when one looks through the camera and little wren is singing it's heart out to the heavens and you can't hear a thing.
Certain pitches don't make it for me

Yep, that's why I take my better half whenever I can. She can hear everything and i hear almost nothing :(

Thanks Ulrike. At Buffalo Ck. They flew from the beach side to the creek one morning so the light was good. The tide was going out so they were foraging along the edge of the creek

Yes, markedly different.
Is the pupil the same size in both? No idea from me, but wondered if northerner was in bright light compared to southerner? Assume birds eyes work like that?
