Letting off steam

Messing with some ideas in photoshop. Let me know what you think

I find it confusing. I don't understand what you were going for, or what you were trying to get across. The upside-down skyline really makes no sense to me.

Don't mean to be harsh, I just don't get it.

As a metaphor, I think I get what you trying to do. The look of relaxation on the models face lends itself to the belief she is calm, relaxed, and letting off steam. Not sure the factory with bellowing exhaust quite fits in with the stress free feeling of letting off steam as it reminds me only of work. But I do like how you have blended the two images together and the over all concept, if I'm right about it, is a very cool idea.
