It's uncertain what your plan was for this shot. The two children on the ride in the bottom right corner draw the eye. Everything else is chaotic. So you have the more interesting part tucked away in a corner where it's quite small in relation to the rest of the frame and, well, tucked away in the corner.

It being a relatively tall picture in relation to my screen, I scrolled down to get a feel for the picture. I too was drawn to the people in the corner riding the ride. My initial impression was that it was a pretty interesting photo. Then I scrolled back up to see how the picture ties to the people in the ride. I realized that the lady standing to the left has no connection and the top of the photo is a mess.

I can't give it to you on this one.

To me the contrast in expressions of the two children is what draws my attention. The rest is just clutter.
