I bought a 10D about a month ago for mostly web pictures. I am the webmaster for a broadcast radio company and take shots at events for the 6 sites. Before the 10D, I was using a Minolta 5 with an assortment of 3rd party lenses and a Dimage III scanner.

Anyway - here's what I'm carrying:
10D
Sigma 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 Aspherical Zoom Macro
Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 APO Zoom Macro Super
Kenko 2X Teleplus MC4
Canon 420EX Speedlight
Canon 50mm f/1.8 (on order)

Here are some example galleries:

I have to shoot in all sorts of horrible conditions - completely dark bars, fairgrounds full of dirt and dust, public pools. I've been very happy so far with the 10D, and my processing time is about 4 times as fast as before. Since everything ends up being 500 px or less, I can shoot in large and even medium jpg mode and have enough room to work with. I really haven't messed with the shots much, just some level and saturation adjustments in Photoshop.
Is anyone else here a web shooter? If so, what's in your bag? I have a lot of personal shots done in raw mode and worked up a bit more in PS, but my main usage is for the stations.

I'm finding C1LE (Capture One Limited Edition) an essential tool. This program let's me manipulate my Raw D60 and 10D images directly (in real-time), and then export an sRGB web quality image while I work on the next shot. Most importantly I've been able to pull pictures out of Raw images that I thought were total lost causes.

All of the images on the link below were seriously "challenged" either in exposure, sharpness (slow shutter without tripod) or both. I thought they cleaned up pretty well with about 15 seconds worth of trouble per shot using C1LE. Trying to repeat the same affect in Photoshop took me about four times as long. I still use PS7, but I've begun relying on C1LE to prep pics for the web.
