I do not have it with me right now. I was afraid if it gets stolen. Lol

I never had this feeling since I bought my 70-200 2.8 non IS. This lens is so good! Haha

Portraits are very pleasing with this lens too . Took some pictures of my wife, wide open and the bokeh is just Godlike. Lol

Haha, you are right.
I saw the bokeh on your pics, amazing indeed, but what about the sharpness? ^^ Crazy sharp eye I guess... I want too see!!! :(
Again, please, when you will come home if you can find a person, or something with two eyes, a nose, a mouth and some hair... Take a pic of it and show us! You are so lucky!

Awesome when you have time can you shoot some at F/2.0 vs F/1.4? Looks like that is where it hits the sweet spot for this lens on a 5dmkII

Sharpness looks rated close to the Sigma 35 1.4 ART which is extremely sharp. So it should hit it on the money.

When I took it last night I noticed that I have to be very careful with aperture 1.4. It's so thin that when I pixel peeped, one eye was very sharp while the other is not. But then I noticed that she was standing a bit sideways and not completely frontal, because the area that is at the same plane with the other eye was very sharp. It is very sharp guys. Lol. I hate to pixel peep but then I need to find mistakes on this lens within 14 days so that if I find any, I'll just return it. But I can't find any yet. I played with it whole evening yesterday. I can bring it tomorrow, the after work I can take some shots. Street photography style

Could you 50A owners take a full body shot at F 1.4 in landscape orientation?

I hope dropbox links are allowed here. It's a raw file of 50mm 1.4 art lens

can't think of any simple method to share the raw file

This is how I've done my simple test if the lens needs some MA... I focused on 12cm on the ruler. The same I did on my 17-40mm F4L, I needed to change 3 copies of it at the store because the first 2 copies needed more than +10 MA on 5dmkII.

This Sigma 50mm 1.4 Art - look at this:

IMAGE: https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7329/14064927371_af7eea60e0_b.jpg

I focused exaclty at 12cm on the ruler.. :)
