Turning "GEAR" into hyperlink - how

I have been trying to get my gear list to a hyperlink that is just a word "Gear" in my signature.

I have created the gear list in a post in the thread designated for that. Here is the link to the post: https://photography-on-the.net …p=16698806&post​count=3467

However, I am trying to figure out how to make that link a simple word in my signature - Gear

How is that done?

Please make it simple to understand.

I tried a method that I found on Google, and you can see the result in my signature now (see below)
