The 2nd one, the waves looks a bit green. Here is my quick edit, pumped up exposure and changing WB a bit for the bottom half.

Yes, I wanted to keep the sky darker, but looking at your edit the ocean does benefit from brighter exposure, I'll probably just run a graduated filter on it.

Love the color of the water in the first one. I'd want to have shot that a little closer to the golden hour, though, so everything didn't look so bright.
