I don't think they will make a 1 to 2 cable for the unit. If I need another light I just use a cl-360.

Ok. Thanks . can i go with the cells ii up to 8000th sec sutter or the camera will block me to 200th sec whith the cl-600?
If i can than will i get black bars at any shutter speed above 200th/sec or it depends?

The cells II will let you go to 1/8000 sec but you will get a black bar with it. You need to use the yn-622 or another HSS trigger control on it.

Hi Scott,

Do you know if the new Cl 600 ETA mid JUNE will use the same cable as the one you were first using? And since the new CL 600s will have a different battery clasp... have you figured out where to get batteries for the CL600 with the old clasp? I have the RS6OOP and the battery has been in limbo for five months due to sending the controller back to China for repair on the E-1 issue and I have just gotten the controller back a few weeks ago; and I think my battery might have lost energy in not being used; so a back-up would be nice.

On a side note: you photography is fantastic... you truly impressed in mixing the ambient lightning with your flash work./

If all is well they will be here soon everything depends on the union works strike at the ports. The cable is the same as the RS600. Thank you for looking at my work, but my stuff is just average compared to some others.

UPDATE:

The 600 has been beefed up with a new longer lasting battery / led driver / battery locks / new finish / fan. I was hoping for a built in receiver and a better carrying case, but that didn't happen. :( The E1 problem has been fixed which was the lack of communication from the pack to the head. Now just waiting for them to get here.

The price point is going to be announce once they arrive and tested. Quality control is Cheetahstands main priority. Each unit is tested and each packing is gone over to make sure no kit will show up with missing items or be DOA.

The back of the head is cosmetical and enough space for the fan and hopefully a heatsink. Those two do not put much weight to the head.
