I'm not sure about this photo. Just feel that the lighting is a bit flat. Probably should take away the reflector. Any comment welcome. Thanks and enjoy...

George this is a great picture and I'm not sure, but I think it's the background that takes away from her and the light on her right shoulder. Maybe try toning down the background. I'm just a newbie here so but that's what I think. To me it looks like you have nice detail on her face also.

try to get the main light source lower in the front- or get her higher-

one eye only has a hight of light in it and the other - none-

the light in the eyes really adds life to an image
