I'm not sure about this photo. Just feel that the lighting is a bit flat. Probably should take away the reflector. Any comment welcome. Thanks and enjoy...

Maybe try toning down the background. I'm just a newbie here so but that's what I think. To me it looks like you have nice detail on her face also.
