Would actual owners/experienced users of the Samyang/Rokinon/Bower 24mm f/3.5 TS-E lens please comment on the following:
Are the mechanical controls (wheels, tabs, etc.) of this lens hard to operate and so fragile in some cases that durability may be compromised?
Is IQ (specifically, sharpness) so poor at wide apertures that the lens is limited to use at f/11 or thereabouts?
Is actual use of the lens in the field (tilting, shifting, etc.) compromised by it's construction and quality?
Please don't be offended, but I do not want to know what you heard or read. Please do not point me to the YouTube videos or Internet reviews, be they damning or otherwise. I spent a couple of days watching and reading, and although they agree on some points, the summary opinions appear to range from pretty good to well worth the lower price to worthless. I would like to hear what my peers think that actually own/use one.
Also please refrain from telling me to buy the Canon version. If I wanted to allocate funds for that, I wouldn't ask about the Samyang.
