All wonderful images and it is helpful that you shared the setting info. My goal now is to get a shot like your second image of both male and female Ruby Throated HB. Saw my first for the year yesterday, 5/5/14.Would be elated if I had taken any of the above. The challenge begins.

Thanks Jeremy, yes, me to, the wing blur is pretty cool, when I can get two or the in one shot is what I like best, those little guys really do move those wings some kind of fast.

Thank you, you are quite welcome keep in mind that I tend to underexpose and shoot slow as I like the way it shows how fast their wings really move, also for the most part all of us here are amateurs, I started right were you are! Practice and spend money!
