If this is for me, I shoot with Leica M's and Leica glass does help. Leica M lenses are also manual focus which I prefer. But maybe to me whats even more important is the way Leica glass renders.

My 35mm 1.4 Summilux FLE is not only the sharpest 35mm lens I have ever shot with (I have shot with a lot of 35mm lenses over the decades and yes I owned the 35L) it is also my favorite because of the way it renders.

kinda funny because photo bucket has a history of turning 86kb Jpgs into mush.

The prints are a lot better than what they look like here.
