For a corporate promotional image, which I assume this is, I think it's a great capture. There's a really good 'we're doing business' vibe about it. Were you planning on cleaning up the background? I think it would be worth it. For a small move in the direction of perfection, I'd also try to tidy up his suit at around about 5 o'clock.

That's being picky, though. I like it a lot just as it is.
