The white balance appears off on this image as her skin is has an offwhite/yellow/green appearance.

Is the mole an issue? People without minor blemishes aren't actually real.

My little boy is blessed with beautiful skin. He has just one mark on his entire body, a tiny mole on the sole of his right foot.

My thinking ... 'God gave you that because nothing that is human can also be perfect'.
