Canon 135mm f2 has an 8-blade aperture, it can not produce that hexagonal flare.

And Yes you are right! Its not a natural flare, It was manufactured from photoshop (external link) (click at the link to see the original photo)

Another shot. But with a feathered Broncolor Para 222. SOOC. No edits.
