I was chatting with one of the drivers who described the cars as ... "a massive excess of power and a lot of work in the corners" ... Yes, that sounds about right.

Watching them hold the rear end in line as they depress the (very) loud pedal is worth every penny of the ticket price.

The selection of cars was very impressive as was the racing.

Has to be the best value event I've been to in a long time.

Hi, I assume you were the 'right' side of the catch fencing! Lovely shots. I was the wrong side and struggled to find good vantage points. Will post a few up soon (won't be as good as yours though!

Donington has improved greatly over the past few years.

The main hangs out are the inside of turn 1 in the morning and halfway down the Curves (infield the other side of the buildings) in the afternoon. Both have low walls and a clear view of the track.
