I like the composition and the set of colors, but what really moves me to post is that horrible logo on the wall. UP Express is most likely a shipping and delivery company. Their emblem features elements that are broken. I can't think of a worse visual cue for a business you might want to entrust your packages to.

Spent 6yrs in the 1st Cavalry and have a good bit of men at work photos . The first one is members of 2-12 cav detonating a Claymore . The second is Doctors and Medical from 115th bsb participating in a MASCAL exercise with RoKA ( Republic of Korea Army) soldiers

Those must be hard to make right. I have to imagine there is a lot of stress being put on the rig and a lot of bending. I assume you can't weld the "bamboo" 90 deg from the ground plate, nor the metal rod going up his sleeve 90 degree from the "bamboo". A lot of trial and error fabrication, so by the time his weight is on it, everything bends to a "square" look?
