Went to this free music event at the local marina on Monday, a bit loud it overwhelmed my Rode Mike plugged into the camera, fortunately I had a backup Tascam, but synching it was a bit stressful, as I hadn't done that sort of thing before.

Honestly, this is not a good video. Here is some advice to improve next time:

1) You have to film more interesting shots with more variety. The camera on a tripod wide angle is so boring, plus it looks like there is very few people audience there watching. You need to mix wide and and close up shots.
2) Even while the songs are playing, you can cut in other video of what is happening at the event. It doesn't have to synch to the music.
3) Its way too long and static. More people would watch to the end if you shortened the songs to 1 minute each and had no more than a 4 minute video.
4) Put the artist names at the start of the clip where they play so people know who is who.

If you study other professionally produced videos, you will these elements and more go into making a high quality and exciting video. There is a steep learning curve here, but don't give up.

For syncing audio, you can look into a program called Plual Eyes
