Hi chaps, pretty big question here and there's almost certainly not 'one' solution ... I take photographs in an auction house now and then and speed is the main criteria ... ie bang off the shots as cheaply as possible. Obviously the objects range from tiny earrings to big paintings and wardrobes. I prefer to work hand-held, again to speed things up, so my 580EX II helps or it's available light at high iso.

I'm wondering if there's an all-round diffuser option, the room where the furniture is has high ceilings so bouncing isn't very effective.

I guess I need two solutions, maybe a 'tent' for the small stuff and something like a Lastolite EzyBox Speed-Lite in the big room, has anyone any experience of this sort of situation that can share their experiences please ?

Best Roger
