Great 7d deal?

I bought a 7d for $550, it looks practically brand new. It has one small scuff mark on the body, have to really look to find it. I sold my 60D to fund this purchase, so no out of pocket cost. The seller told me he thought it 60-70K actuations, I just did a Canon Shutter Count and it registered only little over 13k. I think I liking this camera more and more already and I haven't shot the first real photo yet(few test shots to check the camera function). Oh, well! I'm going to give this thing a run for its money, once I learn how to turn it on.

Sorry if I sounded egotistical. I have wanted one of these for a long time. Just super excited.

Most importantly is not to hoard the equipment but to do go out and shoot with it. Recently saw a photography unloading all of his camera equipment to put a downpayment on a new car his 7D and 5D2 went for $600 and $1000. You got it way lower than the current used market price,good deal. Hope everything works. GL

Congrats - the 7D is a lovely camera. Loved mine until it was stolen and sold cheap to drugs to some jerk who probably beats it and starves it.

I upgraded to the 5DIII because I happened to have a pile of cash at the time the 7D was stolen and also because it is basically a FF 7D. Same body I love. Thinking of eventually getting a 7D as a back up body.

Not sure what you mean canon shutter count, it seems odd the owner said 60-70k, and you says 13k....there are a few shutter count programs around to get count, saying all that, even if it has 60k, that's a pretty good deal, enjoy it....I love mine.

I got in a hurry. I used EOSCount.
