I wanted to share my story with everyone to let you guys know how rocking the Adorama customer service is. I purchased a Tamron lens from them less than a month ago, and later discovered that it was on sale at another retailer. Well, I emailed Adorama's customer service and Helen to find out if there's anything that could be done, since my purchase was fairly recent. They replied quickly to let me know that they are working on my request, and that each price match is on a case-by-case basis. Finally, I just heard today that they will give me a store credit for the price difference!

Helen as well as all Adorama's customer service team was very professional and quick to reply to my emails. I couldn't ask for a better service! As for me, this is the #1 site for all of my photography gear purchases!

another fan of Adorama's customer service, and Helen in particular. She answered a question of mine recently, and her response was on the money. Thanks, Helen!

I always use B&H, but that's awesome. Do they offer the 2% back on purchases via gift cards? My 300 f/2.8 IS II got me $200.

We offer 4% on some units! And yes, it doesn't matter whether you pay with cc or gift cards; the percentage reward is the same:)
