Not be any means a portait lens but it's pretty fun to use in situations like this where I am sitting very close and want to capture the enviroment around.

This lens has been a nice addition to my bag. A good spend.

Highly recommend this lens for it's size, prize, quality and fun factor.

Here's one from Central Park, NY yesterday.

No, you would need to modify the mount and the mirror will hit at 10-12mm.

I have done it but it is not really worth the trouble.

Just got this lens the other day along with the Sigma 150-600 OS (C). Although I did have the wonderful 15-85 IS at one time - I figured that my 18-55mm would serve nicely as my wide angle. And it is wide. But in the last few months I thought that certain architecture shots would benefit from wider. I've taken two shots with it in 3 days (hey I shoot wildlife so the Sigma has got my attention ;-)a ). I took a shot of my apartment at 18mm first since it is what I'm accustomed to, and then 10mm... Wow - I didn't know my apartment was so big! ;-)a

the below shot is funky... ;-)a
