Picked one up yesterday at Jessops with same deal,I have yet to give it a go and the weather today is terrible so I'll have to wait but all the photos I've seen with this lens are very encouraging.

First trip with the lens and a new 10 stop ND filter (that turned out to be a 12 stop ND filter). I like what the combination can do :-)

I have noticed the lens will flare at times, but it didn't for this.

That little dab of sunshine in the foreground adds a whole lot to this shot! 8-)

Thank you, Pekka! I'm sure some members here might have imagined that POTN might begin winding down. But that doesn't make the news any less disappointing. So generous of you to allow us to go along for the ride. As a result you gave us a way to help each other become better photographers. But there's still so much more to learn.

I know its not a fast lens, but I'm looking forward to using this on the zeq25gt and getting some long exposures of the milky way

I read this and was like... what the WHAT?!!!? So I googled "zeq25gt" and wow! How friggen cool. I was surprised to see it's only $800 to boot! Please share your results. In fact, can you share any photos you've made with this rig? I'm intrigued now :D

Close focus selfie.

Nice texture in the table cloth and dramatic lighting and shadows. Topped off with a bit of fun with the reflections in the lenses. 8-)

Got out this weekend for a little car show shootin'. Fun to turn this lens 90 degrees sometimes if you have the right subject matter. ;-)a
