I have recently bought this lens, its extremely versatile and I am pretty impressed with my results..

Nice lighting and colors in the second shot especially. The tree branches in the foreground add a lot of depth.


Thank you, Pekka! I'm sure some members here might have imagined that POTN might begin winding down. But that doesn't make the news any less disappointing. So generous of you to allow us to go along for the ride. As a result you gave us a way to help each other become better photographers. But there's still so much more to learn.

A bit slow I know but I just saw your image. Fantastic! Excellent composition and I love the dark moodiness of the scene.

Like the low angle and perspective of this shot. But it looks like it could use just a touch of clockwise rotation, though it's hard to judge by anything visible in the background.

Thanks. I will check by moving to clockwise. Looks like a very good lens. I am struggling to get proper exposure with most of my pics during bright days in lot of cases. But able to get pics I like with this lens.

Did small rotation adjustment as suggested. Picture looks little different.
