Great colors. Lots of drama and motion in this shot. Another good reminder to try using this lens in portrait mode occasionally. And a much more inviting looking sky than some of your shots from Teesside...

I would have normally avoided taking a straight-on shot like this but then this woman stepped into the gallery and paused and I thought, "now this might work".

These were shot from a fishing boat in choppy water and shade, thus the high shutter speed and ISO.

such a fantastic and underrated lens!
I love it for pet photo sessions. It lets you get that cute bulbuous nose look but you have to get really really REALLY close in order to pull it off!
here is one from tonight where I was testing a setup on my dog so that I can use it for other pet sessions. The full sized version is super sharp and will make a enormous print while still having great IQ. What more can you ask from a lens that is less than $300 new?!?!?

and here is another that was horizontal and I didn't process the sky blue. I didn't like the pose as much (too timid) but I prefer the horizontal layout.
