This lone heron tried to find a meal in this rough water. It was hard work. He eventually left without a fish.

These are fascinating shots, not the typical Heron images. He or she, would have to be quite hungry to even try hunting in water like that. Well done.

That's a neat series of images if not for the bird for the "surf" and the bird. Very majestic backdrop and I sure hope he found some dinner somewhere.
