RAW files decodingThe RAW files created by the DSLRs are decoded using DCRAW (external link) by Dave Coffin.
The list of the supported DSLRs is quite long and is constantly updated by Dave Coffin. DeepSkyStacker is always using the latest version of DCRAW and is (and will be) updated regularly accordingly.

I found that DSS does support my G1X images. It was in the Wiki notes.
