First time using Smart previews in Lightroom 5 and I am stuck. I created a catalog of 10 photos for a post production test for a company. Sent them the catalog with the preview file. No issues there. They did the test and sent me back the catalog and lrdata file along with jpgs of each photo.
What I would like to do is open that catalog, link the files back to the original RAW files and keep the adjustments they made. I open the file the but preview are missing. I can link back to the original RAWs but with no previews I can't see anything.
I am sure this is a simple step I am missing but how can I properly do this? Before I send off a 500 image catalog I have to be able to further edit the files once I get them back.
