Rubber eyecup

Are you folks finding that the eyecup rubber gets loose/stretches after a certain period of time? How often are you having to replace the eyepiece? Just trying to get an idea because I'm putting my order in with the shop now.

No & Never. Even the eyecup on my 2002-era 1D looks and feels just the same as that on my most recent body.

I think maybe it is due to the way I pull the camera out of the bag. I may be in error pulling on the top edge of the rubber.
