I myself am not a watermark user, although for Lightroom you do have to provide the graphic prepared in another app.

However, I will point out that Forum rules specify that we not post a shot that doesn't belong to you. Now, since you identify this as a screenshot, well, you may think it's "OK", but I have my doubts...you can post a link to be safe, but if you have a question about this you should ask a Mod (you can do this by clicking the "Report" icon at the bottom of your user ID displayed here)!

Lightroom allows you to add a simple text watermark or a graphical one. However the graphic needs to be created using a pixel editing art package such as photoshop elements or Gimp. Google "create photo watermark in [the package you use]" for a list of tutorials on creating a watermark image. The image needs to be a PNG or JPEG.

To add it to your photos in Lightroom you go to Edit > Edit watermarks. In the dialogue you choose the image file and then define the other settings (its position on screen, its size, its opacity). Then you save those settings as a preset - you can multiple different watermark presets.

Then, when you export an image you can select the watermark preset that you want to use via the export dialogue. You can also save a particular watermark preset as part of an export preset so that it is always applied when you use that export preset.

What specifically do you need help with, and what software (other than Lightroom) are you using?

Which part exactly are you having problems with? I assume you can do the Googling part?

Like others have said. I created my watermark in Photoshop. Saved and used that image in LR. I saved multiple watermark presets with different placements for when I want the watermark in one corner or the other.
