Not sure of the correct ID on these birds, any help would be appreciated

Well done shots Len. It does not look like a swallow to me. The bill is too long and the white stripe on the end of the tail does not fit any North American swallows I know of.

The tail confused me also. Not sure what kind of bird they are. Thank you

Yes. It is an Eastern Kingbird. The bright white band at the end of the tail is a good field mark. Looks like it was doing a pretty nice swallow impression!
