Baffled about Google+

I have 2 gmail addresses: a personal and a business one. I've been using the google+ page of the personal one to promote my latest work to friends; thus far I haven't really used my business google+. To complicate matters further, apparently my google places listing also has it's own google+ page.

My main question is how the hellh do I manage all of this ? Which google profile should I be linking to from my website if my main concern is convincing google I'm a legit business ?
