I need business cards and flyers (not sure what size, maybe 4x6 or 5x7). I want it fully customizable where I am not forced to utilize a template/design. I will be placing portraits in full color on there also. I want them to be back and front.

I want to avoid using plain photo prints as much as possible to appear as professional as possible.

Does anyone recommend certain websites to obtain these? I have heard of Moo.com, but they are fairly pricy but I've heard amazing reviews. I've tried overnightprints.com for business cards and they did a good job for very cheap, however it took over a month to receive just 100 cards.

Any recommendations?

I use gotprint.net and have not had any issues. Quick turnarounds too.

I think when it comes to quality you do have to spend the money. I have a very simple business card so VistaPrint works great for the price (if not Staples in an emergency which I've used in the past). I've been contemplating about using Moo but haven't tried it yet.

I like my Moo cards. I use them for my alt/fringe/cosplay photography, and I have about 25 different backside images, and a single frontside layout with all relevant info.

Vistaprint's cheapest cards simply feel cheap. For the money, they're not bad, but.. you get what you pay for there. I think Vistaprint's "better" cards are similar in price and quality to other vendors, though I haven't personally gotten anything but their cheap stuff a long time ago.

For our "real" business cards, we have a relationship with the owner of a local Minuteman Press franchise. She also does our flyers/brochures, as well as monthly flyers for a performance troupe my wife and I are in. Though I could probably find cheaper online, there's something to be said for a good relationship with a local print business. Her turnaround is great, too - flyers are usually 1-2 days, business cards are about a week.

We have a very basic business card, only printed on the front. We use Vista Print, but do not get their cheap $10 for 250, I think in the end we end up closer to $20. We leave the backside free and use labels we print to put specials or other info on them. We have a referal program so at each shoot the person gets 10-20 cards with their name and referal special on the back.

We toyed around a lot with going to Moo but in the end we decided basic and less money was the right move for us. Granted at some point I am sure we will make the move to a higher end, but for now Vista Print gave us best bang for the buck. I have used them for other services as well, like calendars and have always been happy.
