In my images, I am seeing about a dozen hot (red and blue) pixels that are in every image (viewed after downloading to computer...not from LCD on camera).

I do not have Long Exposure NR on in camera.

How can I fix these in camera or in post?

You take a few dark frames, 3-5, use exact same exposure as your light frames and focus, just put the lens cap on, do this immediately after you get done imaging for same temp of sensor.
Then the software usually has a place you can load then, then it will work it's magic.
StarStax, DSS, etc all have that ability.

Thanks Mike, but I was hoping there was a way to do it in Camera. I saw some posting about the 60D that you can do a Manual Cleaning Sensor via menu with lens cap on leaving it for 30-60 seconds, then turning camera off. I am not sure if it truly worked for the 60D but did see comments where it supposedly did work on some but not others.
