keyword program for folders?

Yup, and if I do get back to using Photoshop "seriously", well, sure, except that with my Raw workflow an Lightroom, Bridge is only something I occasionally open, and it's usually to just poke around, not because I'm "working"!

I did have fun playing around with keywords, though!

A new version of the DAM software, IMatch will be coming out soon that has a feature that can work somewhat like keywords... It stores a description field for each folder indexed, and one could use that description field and fill it with keywords.

You can then filter your folders by values in the folder name or description field to find only the folders you are looking for. Subsequently, you could move on to actually keywording your images an small batches as you'll find you'll be able to do more in the end.
