Logo Opinion wanted

I have been using my present logo for the last year. It shows up good on my images and looks different than everyone else. My question is this.....Does it look professional enough for my photo business?

mg... rny... my... mj... mcj? I honesty can't tell what that bit is.

Personally I think the colours remind me of a child's birthday invitation... or clown's business card text (or any children's entertainer in fact).

I was actually thinking the same thing. The colors, coupled with the circles (bubbles?) immediately make me think of some anonymous children's product or service.

If you're catering for the kindergarten crowd, then I think you succeeded. The logo seems to fit your avatar though.

No, not quite right for any business TBH

Try it with a sans serif font and only one colour, if a logo doesnt work in black and white it wont work

The coreldraw 3D emboss effect is never very popular for logos btw

Fonts and styles used in a logo or business communication has to be easy to read. Using a fancy font doesn't do the job if people can't tell what the name of your business is!

Thanks folks....I kind of felt it was cartoonist but cannot seem to get a better idea right now. Got to do something.

Just put an ad on Craigslist offering great "exposure".

Trade photos for design.

The same reasons someone should hire you to shoot something instead of them doing it themselves is the same reason you should hire a professional designer.

No, circles don't mean nothing.....At the time I was trying to design something that was eye catching.
