From last week's field trip; these guys are common, but always photogenic.

Well done Al. I agree the wire is good in the shot. I do try to avoid manmade objects in my shots any more but barbed wire and well weathered wood fencing does not bother me much.

Beautiful bird Al and excellent captures as usual. I think all the flycatcher-type birds are very statuesque in their appearance with the Kingbirds being very high on my list of favorites.

Beautiful, Al. I especially like the light patch in the BG of the second - it highlights the bird's head in a subtle way. :)
