I believe so but not positive. Been hanging around my house for several days now. Love the sounds he/she makes. The 2nd image gives the impression he/she is praying.

Nicely captured Northern version of a Mockingbird indeed.
I suspect he/she is winded in the 2nd image and simply trying to catch it's breath :)
