I got hired this weekend to shoot for a local Hair Salon..

None of these models had been in-front of a camera before. It took a while and was quite hard work because I needed to guide them every step in the posing and expression, when knowing these are for a salon and not an individual client, the pressure was on... But they all did really well! :)

pictures aren't showing the way you have it posted. But I clicked on the links and they definitely display their hair nicely. You do this in a studio or at the salon?

All look great Trevor except I'm not big on the cross cheek nose shadow in #2.

These are nicely done and well lit for the hair which has a nice shine and detail. Since this is about hair and not about the girls I would probably remove the freckles on the back of first girl. They draw your eye away from the hair just due to the contrast they create in the skin. Well done.

These might be a bit too good for the hair salon. Your excellent shots reveal the almost perfect hair work.
