Agree with @vk2gwk - nothing but the title of the thread tells me that's a voting box and she's waiting for votes sorry.

You don't need to include the entire blackboard for us to understand what it is... crop the entire left side of the image and some of the top, that brings our focus more to the woman on the right and the box on the left (but that still doesn't tell us what the box is, it just tells us she thinks it is important somehow)

Remove those distracting reflections/lines above her on the far right.

I would have preferred that the woman pull her skirt down over her knees so there wasn't an upskirt distraction.

I agree with planet5D, edit the left 1/3 off and 1/3 of the top and get rid of the sexy hint of thigh and the picture would improve.
